We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Inspections may take approximately 1 to 7 business days. After the inspection is complete, we will send you a new product. We will also issue a full refund once we receive the returned item.
Please note that returns sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• Regarding damage/defects (defective products)
  Upon receiving your product, please inspect it immediately. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you received a different item than what you ordered, please contact us at once. We will assess the issue and address it appropriately.
  Returns of products deemed defective by us will incur no shipping costs. That is, the shipping cost will be 0.00 JPY, and the restocking fee will also be 0.00 JPY.
• Regarding customer reasons (cancellations/returns after purchase)
  Upon receiving your product, please inspect it. If you mistakenly ordered the product or no longer need it, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and address it appropriately.
  For returns due to customer reasons, you will be responsible for a portion or all of the return shipping costs. You will be charged the actual shipping cost incurred for the return. The restocking fee will be 0.00 JPY.

The fastest way to ensure you receive the desired product is to return the item you have and, once your return is approved, purchase the new item separately.

• Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
